| Dear NVR members, On the 3rd and 4th of December, we are organising the Aerospace Diversity Day. This year’s theme is ‘Complementing each other’, with which we want to go back to the basics: why would you like to work in a diverse team? What advantages does it have and how can you profit from diversity? Thereby, this years edition is the first time that we do not only focus on gender diversity but diversity in the broadest sense! The program will look as follows: 3 December: 12:30 – 14:00: Workshop: Personal branding (YER) [physical, TU Delft] 4 December: 16:00 – 18:00: Online networking (via Remo) The event on 3 December will take place via Microsoft Teams.
